KS3 Assessments and Revision Mats
Throughout the academic year, children in Keystage 3 will take part in subject assessments. These assessments evaluate current skills, predict future achievement, and help identify students who may need additional support due to missing skills necessary to access grade level curriculum and instruction. Information gathered from these assessments can guide instruction and does not impact students grades.
The first assessment windows for Years 8 and 9 will be opening in the coming days and weeks. You can find the schedule for each year group below:
To help children prepare for these assessments, we have created revision mats for each year group. These mats give a brief guide to the subject knowledge that children will be assessed on, and should be used as a tool to focus their independent revision.
