Open Events 2026 (for a September 2027 start)

Ormiston NEW Academy is pleased to announce the dates for our 2026 Open Events. We warmly invite prospective students and their parents to join us on Tuesday, 29th September, from 5pm to 8pm. Additionally, we are excited to introduce three exclusive day tours, which will be held on Wednesday 30th September to Friday 2nd October. These tours will be available by appointment only*

This year’s events are designed to provide a glimpse into life at the Academy. Visitors will have the opportunity to:

Explore Our Facilities: Tour our academy and experience the available facilities that Ormiston NEW Academy provide, including new renovations.

Meet Our Staff and Students: Engage with our dedicated teaching staff and interact with our students.

Experience Our Community: Participate in activities and information sessions designed for both children and adults.

All parents and students will have the opportunity to meet with Mr Craig Cooling, Principal of Ormiston NEW Academy since 2019. Mr Cooling is deeply committed to fostering an environment where students grow into motivated and successful individuals. Come and experience the pride we take in our achievements, the endeavour shown by our students, the strength of working together, and the pursuit of excellence that drives our academy forward.

For the open evening on Tuesday 29th September 2026, no prior booking is necessary; simply arrive and explore our academy at your own pace. For the day tours on 30th September, 1st and 2nd October, please schedule your visit in advance.
